T.I. has remained loyal to the one special lady in his life, Tameka “Tiny” Colette, since their marriage in 2001. He’s got two boys with Tiny, one daughter from a past relationship with R&B singer Ms. Niko, and two other sons from a different relationship with Lashon Dixon. He’s also taken on Tiny’s daughter, Zonnique, as his own, although officially she is a step-daughter. You are able to watch all their family shenanigans on their VH1 reality TV show, “TI & Tiny: The Family Hustle.”
DMX has a similar amount of baby mamas as one of this list's counterpart, Eazy-E—six. During X’s appearance on Dr. Phil this past year, the rapper revealed he was the father of eleven children, while he had one on the way. That’ll be twelve kids total. This perhaps explains his enormous amount of debt when it comes to paying child support, he reportedly owes $1.23 million. As for WHY he’s having so many kids, X has actually answered this question, telling Dr. Phil, “ I’m not having the children. I’m giving them the children. They’re well taken care of. I’m a big influence in all of their lives. I love all of my children. I do see them and speak to them when I can. I do have a relationship with my children. I love my children. I would never be apart [from] my children’s lives.”
Ol’ Dirty Bastard may take the cake on this list. Although DMX isn’t very far behind, ODB has a reported thirteen children—that we know of. Perhaps his most well-known child is his son who adopted a form of ODB’s name, going by Young Dirty Bastard. Although they have a similar name, YDB told Noisey in an interview that he’s not attempting to mimic everything his OG father did, “ Some people don’t wanna milk cows like their father. They wanna smoke weed all day. I’d rather be sober and continue his legacy. I do the opposite of everything he did. I don’t smoke, don’t drink, and I’m learning how to have less babies.” Thirteen kids could definitely be hard to keep track of, let alone support, and ODB was arrested back in 1997 for failing to pay child support for three of the thirteen. The Wu-Tang rapper died of a drug overdose in 2004.
Eazy-E passed away all too soon and left all too many children behind. When Eric Wright passed away at 31-years old due to AIDS complications, he left behind seven children who had six different mothers, however it’s believed he had two more children on the way. Thus the exact number of children Eazy-E fathered is not certain, but perhaps 9. Two of his kids have decided to get into Eazy’s same career path of rapper/artist (Erin Bria Wright who goes by E.B. and his eldest son Eric Wright Jr. who uses the name Lil Eazy-E).
Shawty Lo is probably the most well-known rapper when it comes to rappers with an excess of children, in fact, he may be better known for all his kids than for his rap music. Shawty fathered his first child at the age of 17, and went strong ever since, fathering a total of eleven children, nine daughters and two sons, to ten baby mamas. As you may well recall, Shawty was embroiled in controversy when he attempted to bring all his babies’ mamas to the small screen for a reality TV show, aptly titled, “All My Babies’ Mamas”. Oxygen ended up cancelling the TV show, although the rapper claimed other networks were interested in picking it up, nothing has come to fruition yet.
Master P’s marriage with Sonya Miller came to end this past year when she filed for divorce, however they were together for long enough to have seven children. In addition, Percy Miller has two children from an earlier relationship, making for nine kids in all. The most famous of P’s offspring may be Romeo Miller aka Lil Romeo and daughter Cymphonique Miller, who is an actress and singer.
Flavor Flav is another man of many children, with five daughters and two sons, he’s got a total of seven kids. He’s got three different baby mamas in his life as well, having had three children with Karen Ross, three with Angie Parker, and then his youngest child, named Karma, with his current lady Liz Trujillo. In 2013 the two appeared on VH1’s “Couple Therapy,” and announced that they were expecting an eighth child—Liz was 39 at the time and Flav was 54. In the episode, after taking the pregnancy test, she had to be hospitalized for an emergency. It remains unclear whether or not Flav’s eighth child was born, however…
Rev Run aka the ‘Run’ of acclaimed hip-hop duo Run-DMC aka Joseph Simmons has bountiful offspring in his life. The rapper and brother of Russell Simmons has fathered three children with his first wife Valerie Vaughn; Vanessa, Angela (perhaps the most famous) and Jojo. He married again in 1994, and had three more children with Justine Jones—Diggy Simmons (who is also a rapper), Russell, and Victoria, who died shortly after birth. The two later adopted another child, Miley. Rev Run and his family had their own reality TV show which ran from 2005-2009,“Run's House.”
Lil Boosie, who is currently behind bars, fathered seven children when he was a free man. The rapper has five baby mamas in all, although three have the same mother, Boosie’s wife Walnita Decuir-Hatch. His last child, before he headed off to jail, was Michael, while his first-born child is named Iviona. Boosie has actually rapped about his children in his track “My Children”, a sort of personal letter to his kids.
Bizzy Bone, a founding member of the group Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, has a bit of a confusing situation. He has a documented nine children from four different mothers, however, he has claimed different amounts in the past. Specifically on the Wendy Williams show in 2005, he said he actually has "about ten" kids with four mamas, in addition, there have been rumors that he fathered thirteen children. "I got one that got like seven children, and the rest of 'em got like one," he told Wendy. Nonetheless we only know the names of nine. He reportedly had his first child, Bryona McCane, at the young age of fourteen. He's pictured above with his son Bryan.
Chief Keef hasn't quite reached ODB status yet when it comes to children, however, being just 18-years old and having fathered three children already is good enough to put him on this list. Chief Keef's baby mama drama has been well-documented in the news ever since his rise to stardom, as he allegedly got a middle schooler pregnant (turns out she wasn't in middle school anymore). He found out in November 2013 he was the father of a 10-month old child, while his first child was born when he was 16. His first-born, the one he posts a lot of on Instagram, is anmed Kayden Kash Cozart aka Kay Kay. Around the same time a DNA test proved that Keef fathered the 10-month old, Keef posted on IG that he had a third child on the way, from the same mother as Kay Kay. She was seven months pregnant at the time. Keef's also been in trouble with the law for neglecting to pay his child support, and in November he finally paid up $11,000 in order to avoid more jail time.
