Frustrated by managing your SDR team using someone else’s playbook? Here’s your chance to build your own team from scratch and write your own playbook!
We're a small fast growing team tackling the absolutely massive mortgage market. We're bringing modern, elegant software to a field that still relies on fax machines and manila envelopes. We bring security, efficiency, and joy to a paper-based pillar of the US economy.
We are looking for our first Sales Development Manager to help architect and quickly build out our outbound enterprise SDR team. Working collaboratively with our sales function, you will be responsible for hiring and running a team of high performing individuals. And since we’re a scrappy startup, we’re looking for a true player/coach who is happy working the phones themselves.
Reporting to our VP of Sales, this is a great opportunity for a high-energy, hands-on, metrics driven sales leader. It goes without saying that you were a top performing SDR yourself, always crushing your quota. Now that you’ve applied those mad skills to management, this is an opportunity to have a real impact on the growth and strategy of the organization.
Our ideal candidate will be a self-driven individual, who has passion for creating differentiated messaging that stands out in the mortgage tech market. As our first crucial hire it is important that you have previously built out Sales Development teams and processes from scratch in an early stage B2B Enterprise SaaS startup or been a key Sales Development leader in a larger organization working exclusively outbound.
Snapdocs’ culture is one that strongly values diversity and drive. We want to work with people of different backgrounds and different paths in life, and we trust our team members to make smart decisions. This means we value independent work as well as collaboration. We provide a range of excellent benefits ranging from the standard stuff (matching 401(k)!, free lunches, 21 days PTO!) to the not so standard (10 year exercise window on your options (!!)) and our location in the heart of the Financial District in SF is super convenient.
