As our head of Product Management, you will be responsible for helping us refine TrueVault’s offering and messaging to make sure it aligns with customers needs. As our PM you will immerse yourself in the security and compliance world to learn exactly what our potential customers are looking for, and then partner with our engineering team to help build the market needs into our offerings.

What You’ll Be Doing? - Be the voice of the customer at TrueVault by conducting ongoing user research, market research, and competitive analyses to inform new product direction and apply key insights to existing initiatives - Act as a business partner to the product team; partner with them on product development, messaging, and crafting and executing campaigns to engage and educate users - Define real-world market segmentation models, and develop optimized messaging for specific markets and personas - Perform competitive and industry analysis, informing product strategy pre and post-launch - Coordinate user and competitive research—both qualitative and quantitative—to better understand our users and competitive landscape, and then turn those results into actionable insights

WE’RE LOOKING FOR TEAMMATES WHO BRING - Minimum 3 years experience either as a product marketer, product manager, or consultant at a premier consulting firm. - Strong domain expertise or interest in data security - Strong analytical abilities, experience with setting up A/B tests; knowledge of SQL a plus(but not required) - Demonstrated capabilities executing end-to-end quantitative and qualitative customer research and effectively identifying and interpreting key findings - Self-starter and ability to build programs from scratch - A knack for balancing multiple projects at the same time - Ability to think and work strategically, but also execute effectively as an individual contributor - Extraordinary prioritization and project management skills
