LastPass is a free online service that manages your multitude of passwords through encryption. It's a useful service if you have multiple accounts and find it difficult to remember or securely store your various account logins. But it's a service that's increasingly being offered by web browsers themselves, making LastPass for some obsolete. If you're ready to delete your LastPass account, you can do it right from your computer, but the process will differ slightly depending on whether you know your master password, or if you've forgotten it. Either way, all that's required is the email and, if you have it, the master password you used to register your account. Here's how to delete your LastPass account with and without your master password. Go to LastPass.com in your preferred web browser. 2. Click the "Log In" button in the top right corner of your tab screen and enter your credentials. 3. Once redirected to your My LastPass Vault, select the dropdown menu next to your email in the upper right.
- Select "Account Settings" from the dropdown.
In the pop-up window that appears, scroll to the "Account Information" section and select "My Account."
Find the "Existing User" row and click the "Delete Account" button to the right of it.
A new window will open, granting you the option to "Delete" or "Reset." Click Delete.
Select "Yes" when a dialog box asks if you know your LastPass master password.
Enter your master password again before selecting "Delete."

Select the red and white "Delete" button.
Click "No" when a dialog box appears asking if you know your LastPass master password.
Type in your email address and hit "Send Email."

In the message, select the link to "permanently delete my LastPass account now."
After being redirected to a "Delete Your Account" page, click the "Delete" button at the bottom and confirm your deletion.

Once you've made sure you're prepared for a life without Facebook, here's how to delete your Facebook account using your browser or the mobile app. How to delete your Facebook account from a desktop browser This is likely your best option since it best allows you to combine the data download process and the actual deletion. But for those who have already downloaded their data, it's on par with the mobile experience. Here's how to get it done through your browser: 1. Log into your account. 2. Click the down carrot in the top-right corner and click "Settings & Privacy," and then "Settings." 3. Click "Your Facebook Information" on the left sidebar. 4. Click "View" next to the "Deactivation and Deletion" section. 5. On the next screen, you'll be given two options. You can either "Deactivate" your account, which will hide your profile from everyone except for you, but allow you to keep using Facebook Messenger; or your can "Permanently Delete" your account, which deletes everything. 6. Select "Permanently Delete Account." 7. On the next page, you'll be asked if you want to keep using Messenger (if so, you can't delete your account) and if you want to download your Facebook information. This information includes all of your photos and posts. 8. Once you're ready, click "Delete Account" one last time. Once you delete your account, it'll take up to 90 days for Facebook to fully erase your data. And if you log in within 30 days, you can restore your account. How to delete your Facebook account from the mobile app Deleting your Facebook account through the mobile app is similar to the browser experience. Although you'll be given the option to download all of your data here, it's a better idea to do that on a computer, especially if there's a lot to download. With that in mind, here's how to get to all the right screens: 1. Open the Facebook app. 2. Tap the three vertical lines in the bottom-left corner. 3. Scroll down to "Settings & Privacy" and open the section (using the down carrot), then tap "Settings." 4. Scroll down to the section called "Your Facebook Information" then tap "Account Ownership and Control." 5. Tap "Deactivation and Deletion." 6. Switch the selection to "Delete Account" and click "Continue to Account Deletion." 7. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Delete Account." Again, the full deletion of your account can take up 90 days, and you have 30 days from initiating it to cancel the deletion. Go to Netflix's website on your preferred browser and log in. 2. In the upper right-hand corner, select the arrow next to your profile icon to access the dropdown menu. 3. There are 27 available languages to choose from. 6. Under "Maturity Settings," select the '"Edit" button to restrict viewer content. You'll be prompted to enter the account password before going forward. Then, under "Viewing Restrictions" you can enable which titles the profile is allowed to view based on their rating. Select the box if it is a kids account. You can even enter individual title names to restrict on the profile. 7. Under "Autoplay Controls," select and deselect whether you want to autoplay next episodes in a series, and if you want previews for titles on the Netflix menu to autoplay. 8. To delete your Netflix profile, follow the steps after you've selected "Delete Profile" at the bottom. 9.
